This place is amazing, I would highly recommend them from their service techs to the shop and even office itself. I needed a DOT inspection for a trailer moving to Mexico and noticed their truck at another job so I decided to give them a call. Delray was very helpful and professional during the call and always in communication even when I wasn't very prompt on my end. They had a tech out the very next day for the inspection. I was having difficulty locating an experienced facility to do some wheel bearing and suspension work on my 5th wheel camper. I contacted MTIV and spoke with Mike about my situation. He was more than happy to schedule my service request promptly, even though they don't normally work on campers. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience dealing with MTIV.
I feel the price paid for the wheel bearing inspection and repacking, brake replacement on all four wheels and total suspension inspection and lubrication was very reasonable.
