MTIV has provided Professional Services for the Past 26 Years

At MTIV our vision has always been to build our business by building yours. From the moment that Faline Trailer Repairs first opened its doors (in 1998) our founder, Dewey Lynn Cochran, was dedicated to building real relationships with his customers. Mr. Cochran quickly earned a reputation for his integrity, quality maintenance, and excellence in customer service. This passion he shared with his daughter Tonya, who partnered with him and purchased the operation. In 2011, the company transitioned to “Faline Trailer Repairs LLC”. MTIV is certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the nation’s largest third-party certifier of businesses owned and operated by women in the US.

After 16 years of dedicated service, Mr. Cochran passed away in 2014. His daughter & Vice President, Tonya, assumed leadership of the company and mapped out a plan to reinvent the operation with her partner (in business and in life), Michael Villareal.

In September of 2018, they proudly re-opened “MTIV” with a renewed passion and new name that now includes the initials of both owners and their family: Michael, Tonya, their daughter, Isabella and their last name. As MTIV grows we continue to be grateful for the privilege to bring on more employees, create jobs, and expand our MTIV family.

Today we continue our dedication to a long-standing tradition of providing excellence in service for an expanding list of Metro Detroit, Southeast Michigan, and Northwest Ohio communities. We have even added 24/7 emergency roadside service, to better meet your needs whenever and wherever they may arise.

MTIV is family owned and operated, and we are passionate about protecting your family by keeping drivers and fleets safe on the road. Visit us in Carleton, Michigan, for all of your tractor-trailer repair and maintenance needs.

Since the early days of this company, Tonya Villarreal has imbued our organization with a commitment to caring for others and supporting those in need. From the co-founder of Faline Trailer Repairs to Founder of MTIV, Tonya Villarreal has always led with an unprecedented level of drive and dedication. With patience and passion, her number one priority is to deliver the best possible service to customers and employees alike.

Mike went above and beyond on a Saturday to help us when our trailer needed a bracket welded back on. Of course it broke when the trailer was loaded. He was extremely nice, welded the bracket back on and even spray painted it black again in only a few minutes! It looks great. If you need anything repaired they are definitely the place to go! Thank you again for helping us out so quickly!
